Artsource is the peak membership body for visual artists in Western Australia. It's purpose is to engage with and support Western Australian visual artists with practical, affordable and relevant services. Artsource's most notable core activity is managing 84 artists studios across 7 properties in metropolitan Perth, plus coordinating national and international artist residencies.

NAVA: The National Association for the Visual Arts is the national peak industry body representing and advancing the professional interests of the Australian visual and media arts, craft and design sector. It provides advocacy, sets best practice standards and offers a range of services to the sector.

The Chamber of Arts and Culture Western Australia is the peak policy and advocacy body representing the arts and cultural sector in Western Australia. The Chamber believes that a vibrant and diverse arts and cultural scene is essential for economic, social and personal well-being. Its mission is to promote and advocate, with a unified voice, to the wider community the benefits of a vibrant and diverse arts and cultural sector.

Arts Law is Australia’s independent national community legal centre for the arts, a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee. They provide free or low cost specialised legal advice, education and resources to Australian artists and arts organisations across all art forms, on a wide range of arts related legal and business matters. Empowering artists and creative communities through the law.

Art Collective WA exists to improve visibility for Western Australian visual artists, in particular those that have been living and working in this State for many years. It is a unique gallery focussed association run by artists, for artists.

Nyisztor Studio is an independent artist run space. Nyisztor Studio combines multiple exhibition venues, curates and hosts exhibitions, provides a support network to its associated artists and houses several artists' studios.

PS Art Space is a project space for the experience of contemporary art which presents a curated program of exhibitions and events by Australian and international artists. PSAS has become one of Perth’s more exciting and experimental platforms to experience contemporary culture.
PSAS also provides artists studios for practicing visual artists.

Gotham Studios is Western Australia’s longest-running artist-run initiative, and has evolved into an icon of independent Western Australian artistic endeavour, placing working artists in the heart of Perth’s CBD for over two decades. Hundreds of visual artists have held studios in Gotham over the collective’s life span, including many of the state’s most celebrated arts practitioners.

Artbank is at the forefront of the Australian contemporary art sector and is the most successful art leasing program of its type in the world. Established in 1980 as a federal government support program, Artbank’s two core objectives are to provide direct support to Australian contemporary artists through the acquisition of their work and to promote the value of Australian contemporary art to the broader public. Artbank funds its operations through the leasing of artworks from its collection.

John Curtin Gallery is one of Western Australia's major public art galleries, located on the Bentley campus of Curtin University. Through an innovative exhibition program, the John Curtin Gallery complements the international perspective of the University. Collaborating with national and international artists and curators, the Gallery contributes to the dynamic and changing culture of Australia by fostering critical dialogue.

PICA is Perth’s focal point for the best of Australian and international visual, performance and interdisciplinary art. It is a catalyst for innovative and ground breaking art and culture. Not constrained by convention, PICA gives artists and audiences a glimpse of what is possible.

Fremantle Arts Centre is the City of Fremantle’s premier arts service. FAC showcases exhibitions, concerts and events from international, national and local artists. FAC offers a wide range of art courses an Artist in Residence program, a cafe, beautiful grounds, and the Found shop, which sells a large range of WA-designed wares.

FORM is an independent, non-profit cultural organisation that develops and advocates for excellence in creativity and artistic practice in Western Australia.  It’s activities span high-level artist development and exhibitions, place-making and strategy, social and multicultural engagement, cultural infrastructure development, Aboriginal cultural maintenance, research, and advocacy.

Art on the Move is a not for profit visual arts touring organisation, which travels quality contemporary art experiences throughout Western Australia, building opportunities to speak to and develop the unique cultural narratives of regional communities whatever the cultural practice, age, ability and engagement with culture.

The Perth Centre for Photography is Perth’s only dedicated photomedia gallery. It promotes and support emerging and established photo-based art in Western Australia. In conjunction with a solid exhibition program, PCP has developed a range of initiatives including competitive awards, and an education and outreach program aimed at supporting expanded practice.

Art Monthly may be Australasia’s flagship visual arts publication, providing a critical platform for its artists. Publishing since 1987, it is Australasia’s only monthly visual arts magazine placing visual arts in a contemporary, historical and regional context.

Viscopy is now the visual arts Copyright Agency. It licences the copyright in artistic works for its members, who are Australian and international visual artists, writers, publishers and copyright owners. In addition it manages the Resale Royalty scheme for artists. Membership is free.

The Australian Copyright Council is an independent, non-profit organisation.
It supports a creative Australia by promoting the benefit of copyright for the common good. They work to promote understanding of copyright law and its application, lobby for appropriate law reform and foster collaboration between content creators and consumers.
